Technician Production Processes & Equipment

Your new Role and Responsibilities

TheTechnician Production Processes & Equipment ensures the preparation of workstations and the validation and management of production equipment to support efficient manufacturing operations.

Set up workstations according to standards and ergonomic requirements
Prepare and monitor welding, twisting, shrinking, and crimping tools references
Follow up the validation of new machines or layout changes
Simulate production for new references before serial production
Define production steps and prepare process documentation
Participate in FMEA activities and improvement initiatives
Prepare production work instructions and procedures
Assist in preparing training documentation and support production launch
Perform inventories of equipment and tools
Contribute to workstation layout and micro-layout design
Maintain and update master data based on technical documentation
Participate in 5S activities and continuous process improvement
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and administrative procedures
Provide regular reporting to the supervisor and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Your Profile

Bac+2 to Bac+3 in a technical field (Electromechanics, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering)
1 to 2+ years of experience in an industrial environment
Good knowledge of industrial processes, maintenance/equipment, and technical drawings
Familiar with continuous improvement tools (Lean, AMDEC, problem-solving)
Ability to analyze and optimize processes and handle technical data
Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards
Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and English Skills are a plus
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Good organization and attention to detail
Proactive, adaptable, and continuous improvement mindset
