- Integrate and manage vector databases and embedding models for efficient information retrieval.
- Collaborate with data scientists, sustainability experts, and cloud engineers to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
- Apply software engineering best practices — including version control, testing, CI/CD, and containerization with Docker.
- Work with Azure cloud services (e.g., Azure Functions, Cognitive Services) to deploy and scale solutions.
- Ensure adherence to responsible AI principles, including transparency, fairness, and bias mitigation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sustainability analytics platforms and reusable AI components.

- Proven experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and prompt engineering.
- Hands-on experience with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) and embedding models.
- Familiarity with GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex.
- Exposure to multi-agent frameworks (CrewAI, AutoGen, TaskWeave) is a strong plus.
- Experience with Azure cloud services, particularly Azure Functions and AI-related offerings.
- Working knowledge of data engineering concepts (pipelines, integration, warehousing) preferred.
- Practical understanding of CI/CD, unit testing, version control (Git), and containerization (Docker).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for engaging with multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Familiarity with responsible AI, AI ethics, and sustainability analytics.
