Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results driven Operations Inside Sales specialist to play a crucial role in Germany. The position will be responsible for properly coordinate and handle the import and export operations as well as being in contact with new and existing clients helping to develop strong business relationships for Racing Cargo.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a logistics specialist with 2 to 3 years of experience in sea and air freight international operations – within the freight forwarding industry, would be someone with a results-oriented mindset, proficient in both German and English languages and negotiation skills.

Key Contributions

• Coordinate our air and sea freight operations.
• Custom compliance and import/export procedures
• Participate in the Interaction with international Agents, promoting and strengthening good business relationships
• Perform high quality standards in customer service experience
• Looking for potential leads, support and arrange business meetings with current and potential clients for branch manager.
