M&A Senior Analyst / Junior Associate

Our client, a leading technology focused M&A advisory boutique, is looking for strong additions to their team on Senior Analyst and Junior Associate levels.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end M&A transactions in the technology sector (buy-side and sell-side)
• Build financial models, valuations, and marketing materials (teasers, IMs, management presentations)
• Conduct commercial, financial, and strategic analysis of target companies
• Coordinate due diligence processes and interact with clients, investors, and counterparties

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction advisory
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills; high attention to detail
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is required
• Strong interest in technology businesses and a boutique advisory environment
