Management Trainee (m/f/d)

The Schulte Group Management Trainee Program appeals to university and maritime studies graduates who wish to accelerate their personal and professional development. The program helps them towards becoming well-rounded, global professionals through a combination of experiences that will help them build excellent foundations. The trainees are exposed to an international environment whilst engaging with different cultures .

We are offering motivated fresh graduates and professional s a chance to gain a holistic overview of the maritime industry and the Schulte Group through rotations in our various offices and subsidiaries globally.

The trainee program is tailor-made , runs for up to two years with each rotation lasting between 3-6 months and will include mainly project work .

Trainees gain knowledge in different Schulte Group subsidiaries and departments such as our ship management company Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement (BSM); finance, technical/marine projects, M&A and investment projects, digital marketing , maritime digital solutions, business development , cruise, offshore project development and other business units.

Each trainee is assigned a mentor from the management team, who guides the trainee through career progression during the trainee program.

Requirements

• University degree from a reputable institut ion
  
• Experience in maritime industry or relevant qualifications will be considered an advantage
  
• Fluent in spoken and written English
  
• Team-oriented with good communication and analytical skills
  
• Interested in working in an international environment
  
• Willingness and flexibility to relocate abroad
  
• Work closely with the management of the Group across different entities
