You will be responsible for managing the service department (internal and external sales, approx. 12 employees) and for controlling and optimising all international after-sales processes, including warranty processing and spare parts management.
This also includes responsibility for the planning, sale and processing of high-quality services, as well as the strategic development and implementation of service concepts for sustainable sales and earnings growth.
You will lead the service team members and promote their personal and professional development.
You will provide our international customers with expert advice on maintenance and retrofitting requirements for existing systems and identify opportunities to offer additional services or products.
In addition, you will design and conduct internal training courses to ensure the quality of our services.
You will actively promote the exchange of service concepts within the CiTEX Group (e.g. PIXARGUS, iBA, 2pi-Labs, iDOO) and with external partners (e.g. OEMs, sales representatives, customers) and contribute to the ‘VDMA Erfa Service’ network.
Your profile
You have a degree in engineering (e.g. plastics engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering) or another relevant educational background.
You have several years of professional experience in a comparable field in Service, ideally in an international company dealing with technically sophisticated capital goods.
Thanks to your leadership experience, you know how to motivate and develop teams.
You are characterised by your empathetic manner, strong communication skills and a pronounced customer and service orientation.
Knowledge of the CRA (Cyber Resilience Act) rounds off your profile.
You are open to occasional international business trips to our customers.
Your written and spoken English skills enable you to communicate professionally with our global customers.
