We are looking for a Manager or Senior Manager Deal Advisory Private Equity (w/m/d) to join our Deals division starting from next possible date .

Your responsibilities

Transaction Advisory – You will lead Financial Due Diligence (FDD) projects in transactions with a focus on advising Private Equity investors (small-/mid-/large-cap) and their portfolio companies as well as international industrial companies, and assess the opportunities and risks of investments. You will be part of a team working on diverse projects across different industries and company sizes – from start-ups to international corporations.

Analyses – You will prepare complex business analyses of companies and business units with the aim of assessing the financial situation.

Leadership – You will be responsible for the professional leadership of national and international project teams and motivate them to achieve outstanding performance.

Networking – You will maintain and expand contacts with clients and contribute your professional and personal strengths to the acquisition of new advisory clients.

Career Prospects – We support your development through targeted training, international projects, and diverse career opportunities – also beyond FDD.

Your profile

You have completed your studies in business administration and economics or industrial engineering.
As a Manager, you have at least 5 years of experience in Transaction Services, transaction advisory, or auditing. As a Senior Manager, you have at least 7 years of experience in these areas.
You have initial experience in leading project teams.
You have advanced Excel skills as well as experience with analytical tools such as Alteryx for data preparation and/or PowerBI for data visualization.
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Basic knowledge of German is required.
