If you want to rethink healthcare provision with a motivated team and in close collaboration with our client health insurance companies and like to take responsibility in an innovative environment, the position of Manager Health Care is just right for you!**Your Responsibilities:*** You develop and implement innovative care concepts along the patient journey—with a focus on e-health and digitalization.* You manage existing contracts and bring them to the next level with fresh ideas.* You work closely and mostly in an agile framework within interdisciplinary, cross-functional teams, including doctors, pharmacists, analysts, lawyers, and health economists.* You act as the point of contact for health insurance companies and our cooperation partners in healthcare. # Your Profile* Several years of experience in healthcare, e.g., at a health insurance company or service provider—ideally with a focus on care or contract management.* Alternatively, a completed master's degree in health economics, health sciences, or similar, preferably with a focus on care research.* Good knowledge of the German health insurance system and basic medical knowledge.* Experience in contract negotiations and ideally in dealing with health-related data analyses.* You are self-organized, creative, and think entrepreneurially.* Strong communication skills, team-oriented, and with a clear focus on customer satisfaction. # Our OfferAfter thorough training, we offer you the opportunity to participate in the development of our innovative company in the growing healthcare market in this exciting field of activity.
