Acts as HR Business Partner (m/w/d) for the plant, responsible for the full HR lifecycle from recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisals, talent development and succession through to payroll and departures
Interacts with all employees and leaders, and acts as the single point of contact for the local Workers’ Council
Manages, develops and coaches a team of HR specialists

Berät und unterstützt alle Führungsebenen in Bezug auf die Personalstrategie, -richtlinien und -verfahren des Konzerns
Unterstützt zentrale HR‑Prozesse wie Personalgewinnung, Onboarding, Talentmanagement, Weiterbildung und Entwicklung/Training, Vergütung, Eingruppierungen, Fehlzeiten, Leistungsverbesserungspläne, Arbeitsbeziehungen und Führungskräfteentwicklung
Entwickelt die HR‑Strategie, überwacht KPIs, beteiligt sich an Projekten zur Organisationsentwicklung und gestaltet aktiv Veränderungen von Prozessen und Richtlinien
Leitet, entwickelt und coacht das Personalteam des Werks
Pflegt eine gute Kommunikation und positive Beziehungen zu den Mitarbeitenden, fördert ein gutes soziales Klima und trägt zur Steigerung der Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit bei, um ein positives Arbeitsumfeld zu gewährleisten
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teilen der regionalen europäischen Organisation und mit der US‑Zentrale
Leitung von Projekten zur Integration von HR‑Systemen, Sicherstellung der Benutzerakzeptanz sowie der Datenqualität in verschiedenen HR‑Systemen

ENGLISH

Provides advice and guidance to all levels of management on the corporation’s HR strategy, policies and procedures
Supports core HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, talent management, learning and development/training, compensation, grading, absenteeism, performance improvement plans, labor relations and leadership development
Develops the HR strategy, monitors KPIs, participates in organizational development projects and actively shapes changes to processes and practices
Manages, develops and coaches the plant Human Resources team
Maintains good communication and a positive relationship with employees, promotes a good social climate and helps to drive employee satisfaction to ensure a positive working environment
Collaborates closely with other parts of the regional European organization and with the US headquarters
Leads HR system integration projects and ensures user acceptance, ensuring data quality in various HR systems
All other tasks as assigned

Required Skills And Education

DEUTSCH

Erfolgreich abgeschlossener Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss, vorzugsweise in Betriebswirtschaft, Volkswirtschaft, Rechtswissenschaften, Psychologie oder einem ähnlichen Fachgebiet
Mindestens 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung als HR‑Business-Partner, idealerweise in der Fertigungs-, Maschinenbau- oder Automobilbranche
Erfahrung in der Leitung von HR-Entwicklungsprojekten ist von Vorteil
Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht – insbesondere Tarifrecht und Betriebsverfassungsgesetz (Betriebsverfassungsgesetz)
Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Führung von HR‑Teams
Schnelles Erfassen von Aufgaben und zügige Umsetzung, ohne dabei den Überblick zu verlieren
Hohe persönliche Integrität, Selbstständigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten sowie interkulturelle Kompetenz
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

ENGLISH

Successfully completed Bachelor or Master Degree, preferably in Business Studies, Economics, Law, Psychology or a similar discipline
At least 7 years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in a manufacturing, engineering or automotive environment
Experience in leading HR Development projects is an advantage
Strong legal knowledge applicable to employment – especially Collective Framework Agreements (Tarifrecht) and Employee Co‑Determination (Betriebsverfassungsgesetz)
Proven track record in leading HR teams to success
Rapid comprehension of tasks and fast realization, whilst not losing sight of the big picture
High level of personal integrity, autonomy and sense of responsibility
Excellent communication, negotiation skills and intercultural competence
Strong language skills in German and English
