About this Position

What you´ll do

• Become part of Henkel Adhesive Technologies’ Global Incentives Controlling Team, act as the main contact person for internal stakeholders and ensure compliance with overall Incentives policies and procedures
• Collaborate with HR, Functions, and Business Unit Controlling to manage the quarterly provisioning process
• Actively engage in target setting and achievement discussions with our top management
• Develop reports and perform analyses throughout both target-setting and achievement stages as well as on an ad-hoc basis
• Offer financial insights by running quarterly simulations and scenario modeling related to target results
• Play an active role in enhancing concepts, processes and tools supporting incentive schemes at Henkel Adhesive Technologies
• Supervise and support activities connected to GBS+ (Global Business Solutions) related project activities
