Your Mission

• Lead and expand key accounts and multi-project portfolios with strategic responsibility.
• Mentor and guide teams of consultants and project leads.
• Drive new business initiatives, fostering lasting client relationships.
• Ensure profitability, delivery excellence, and customer satisfaction across all engagements.
• Partner directly with senior leadership to shape service offerings and internal growth.

What You Bring

• 7-10 years of hands‑on experience in management or IT consulting.
• Proven success in sales, business development, and client management.
• Strong track record in multi-project leadership and stakeholder communication.
• C1-level fluency in German and English.
• Confident use of MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel).
• A collaborative, empathetic, and entrepreneurial mindset.
