As a Senior Consultant, you take responsibility within transformation programs and contribute from analysis through implementation. You work at the intersection of organization, technology, and business performance. Your focus areas may include:
- Target Operating Model design
- Organizational and governance transformation
- AI-enabled operating model integration
- Agile and hybrid organizational models
- Organizational and team coaching (e.g., agile ways of working, collaboration models, team effectiveness)
- Performance and KPI frameworks for executive management
- Tool enablement and workflow optimization
You work closely with interdisciplinary teams across strategy, technology, and data to deliver sustainable transformation outcomes.
Your responsibilities
- Lead workstreams or smaller transformation projects end-to-end
- Translate strategic concepts into actionable implementation plans
- Manage client stakeholders at senior management level
- Contribute to the design of operating models, governance structures, and performance frameworks
- Guide and support AI transformation initiatives (e.g., use case structuring, organizational integration)
- Ensure high-quality delivery and project outcomes
Commercial responsibilities:
- Contribute to client growth, proposal development and client presentations
- Support account development and identify follow-up opportunities
- Take ownership of proposal modules
Who you are
- 5–7 years of experience in management consulting or a comparable role
- Proven experience in delivering transformation projects
- Experience in at least one of the following: Operating model or organizational design, Organizational transformation or governance, Agile transformation, Digital or AI transformation
- Strong analytical and structuring skills
- Ability to manage stakeholders independently
- Solid understanding of the link between business and technology
- Initial experience in leading teams or workstreams
- Exposure to proposal work or business development
- Experience in large organizations or complex environments
- Certifications in relevant methodologies (e.g., Agile, Change, etc.)
- Fluency in English and German
