Your seat to fill :

• Shape and implement innovative retail design concepts aligned with the Cybex brand identity
• Manage retail architecture projects from initial concept through to final execution
• Oversee detailed planning, coordination with contractors, and quality control
• Focus on flagship store projects and new retail openings, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery
• Take ownership of all phases of project management, balancing strategic and operational responsibilities
• Partner closely with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and construction to align project goals and maintain brand cohesion

• Relevant experience managing retail design or architecture projects through all stages, from concept to completion
• Strong background in project planning, budgeting, and resource coordination
• Proven ability to guide and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
• Experience in flagship store design and retail rollout projects preferred
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines
• A hands-on, detail-driven mindset with a passion for high-quality design and execution
