Leading the subsidiary's Management Team based on PERI values Development and adjustment of the subsidiary's long-term and mid-term strategy together with the Management Team Responsibility for the implementation of the defined strategy within the subsidiary Act as a role model and align Management Team with the vision an mission statement of the PERI Group and ensure execution in day-to-day business Balancing of most effective sales generating business models Responsibility for market intelligence for the region (trends in technology, competition, market, customers, ...) University Degree (M.Sc.) in Engineeringor comparable Distinct and delegating leadership skills (5-8years of experience) Relevant management experience in an operative, P&L responsible unit, ideally as Department Manager and/or Managing Director in subsidiary Profound experience with sales & rental business model in comparable industry Strategy and sales orientation as well as very good understanding of economic correlations Excellent technical understanding and project management experience Good understanding of customer needs incl. technical competencies Very good command of Indonesian and English language Company info
