Qualifications

• University degree: in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, business engineering, business administration or comparable field
• Several years of professional experience: including a senior management or executive role within manufacturing, machinery or energy technology
• Proven track record: in strategy, business development and organizational leadership
• Skills: strong technical understanding of mechanical engineering and energy systems or related industries
• Language skills: fluent in both German and English
• Attributes: excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills with an entrepreneurial mindset as well as hands‑on, decisive and results‑oriented personality

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for two companies: special machinery engineering (~50 employees) and hydrogen electrolyzer systems (~30 employees)
• Define, implement and execute long‑term strategies for growth, profitability and innovation in both sectors
• Full P&L ownership, including budgeting, forecasting, capital planning and risk management
• Represent the companies with customers, partners and stakeholders nationally and internationally
• Strengthen synergies between mechanical engineering and hydrogen technology activities
• Build and develop leadership teams and organizational structures
• Promote and reinforce a strong culture of safety, compliance and sustainability
