As part of the Strategy and Business Development department at Bosch Global Business Services, the internal service provider of the Bosch Group, you have the opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives while supporting business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Actively support high‑impact benchmarking studies, from data collection and submission to comprehensive results analysis and compelling communication to division stakeholders.
• Automate data analyses and prepare management‑oriented visualizations using Power BI.
• Conduct market share analyses, support growth prognosis processes and provide insights within the service portfolio analytics domain.
• Gain insights into day‑to‑day work, learn how to set up decision papers for division management, and support ad‑hoc topics within the strategy and new business field.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: studies in the field of Business Administration, Economics or comparable.
• Experience and Knowledge: completed internship, summer job or working student position; confident handling of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); familiarity with Power Platforms (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus.
• Personality and Working Practice: communicative, highly motivated, works independently, applies analytical skills within a structured working style.
• Work Routine: opportunity to work in a hybrid setup (3 office days per week).
• Enthusiasm: interest in the global business services industry and collaboration with diverse international teams.
• Languages: fluent in English and beginner in German.

Start: according to prior agreement (ideally from August 2026)
Duration: 6 months (confirmation of mandatory internship required)

Requirement for this internship is the enrollment at university. Please attach your CV, transcript of records, enrollment certificate, examination regulations, recommendation letters (if available) and, if indicated, a valid work and residence permit.
