About The Role

As Market Development Manager – Biopharma, you will drive growth in key biopharma segments by identifying high-potential opportunities and supporting new product launches. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Applications, and Product Development teams to turn market insights into actionable strategies that expand our presence and accelerate adoption of innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• You have 10+ years of experience in market development, business development, or a technical/commercial role within biopharma or life sciences.
• You analyze markets, forecast trends, and monitor orders and opportunities to identify high-growth segments and guide strategic decisions.
• You translate complex data, customer insights, and competitive analysis into actionable recommendations and compelling value propositions.
• You collaborate effectively across Sales, Marketing, Applications, and Product Development teams to drive strategic initiatives.
• You communicate clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• You are proactive, resourceful, and thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
