Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Commercial Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accelerating our mass retail channel strategy within Germany. This role requires a strong focus on Grocery & Discount (LEH + Discount) as key channels for growth and delivering successful execution of our Go to Market Strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

• Channel Ownership: Full commercial ownership of the Grocery and Discount channels in Germany.
• Customer Strategy: Develop and execute differentiated strategies for each retailer, aligned with broader commercial goals.
• Team Leadership: Lead, coach and develop a team of National Account Managers and Key Account executives.
