France is being managed from Düsseldorf when it needs someone on the ground who actually drives it. That's where you come in. Hi, I'm Niklas, Co-Founder at Lyto. We're looking for a Market Lead to own our French expansion across all three brands. This isn't a traditional market manager role — you'll have full commercial ownership and real accountability for revenue growth. About Lyto:

We're a team of Shopify nerds, marketing experts, and content specialists driven by our Growth Mindset. Your Responsibilities:

Take full commercial ownership of France across our three brands (famwalls, heybalu, Bo & Birdie) Drive revenue growth and optimize conversion across the entire funnel Expand and shape the product assortment based on French market insights Understand which occasions, gifting moments, and cultural specifics really matter in France Work closely with Product, Design, Performance Marketing, CRM, and Shop Optimization teams Act as the central point of accountability for market decisions — steering the right people in the right direction Identify growth opportunities Support building up a supplier and partner network in France Your Background:

You have successfully scaled a market or led commercial growth in e-commerce You understand what drives conversion and revenue in online retail You think strategically but execute hands‑on You're comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing without authority You speak fluent French and English (German is a plus but not required) You understand French culture, gifting occasions, and consumer behavior Full commercial ownership of an entire market with direct impact on company growth Work directly with founders and leadership team Remote work possible (based in France or flexible location) Regular on-site visits to our loft office in Düsseldorf (monthly in first 3 months) Travel and accommodation covered Urban Sports Club M membership, meal allowance, top hardware (MacBook, widescreen) Team with strong Growth Mindset, honest communication, and "No Bullshit" culture Dedicated onboarding buddy and full tool access from day one Join us and help us scale personalized products that truly inspire people.
