The US is being managed from Düsseldorf when it needs someone on the ground who actually drives it. That's where you come in. We're looking for a Market Lead to own our US expansion across famwalls, heybalu, and Bo & Birdie. You'll drive revenue growth, shape the product assortment based on US market insights, and work closely with our Product, Design, Performance Marketing, CRM, and Shop Optimization teams. You'll be the central point of accountability for market decisions — steering the right people in the right direction. Responsibilities
Take full commercial ownership of the US across our three brands (famwalls, heybalu, Bo & Birdie) Drive revenue growth and optimize conversion across the entire funnel Expand and shape the product assortment based on US market insights Understand which occasions, gifting moments, and cultural specifics really matter in the US Work closely with Product, Design, Performance Marketing, CRM, and Shop Optimization teams Act as the central point of accountability for market decisions Identify growth opportunities and research competitors Support building up a supplier and partner network in the US Requirements
You have successfully led commercial growth in e-commerce You understand what drives conversion and revenue in online retail You think strategically but execute hands-on You're comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing without authority You're a US native or have deep expertise in US consumer culture and market dynamics You're based in the EU, ideally Germany You speak fluent English (German is a plus but not required) You understand US gifting occasions, holidays, and consumer behavior What We Offer
