Marketing & Capital Formation Intern (m/f/d)

Your mission

We’re looking for a Marketing & Capital Formation Intern to work closely with our partner team on strategic marketing, fundraising, and investor communication.

This role sits at the intersection of venture capital, storytelling, and business development . You’ll help shape how we position our funds, communicate with LPs, and scale fundraising processes across multiple vehicles.

If you’re excited about startups, strong narratives, and building things that actually matter, this could be a great fit.

You’ll get direct exposure to partners, high-impact projects, and the European LP ecosystem while learning how venture funds are built and scaled behind the scenes.

Marketing & narrative

• Support the development of fund narratives and positioning
• Help create LinkedIn content, announcements, and thought leadership pieces
• Improve the consistency and quality of external materials
• Translate complex strategies into clear, compelling messaging

Capital formation & investor support

• Support fundraising processes across multiple funds
• Prepare and refine investor materials (pitch decks, one-pagers, data room content)
• Help coordinate LP communication and follow-ups
• Maintain CRM, pipeline tracking, and reporting

Partner office & business development

• Work directly with partners on strategic initiatives
• Prepare meetings, events, and key investor interactions
• Identify potential LP leads and support outreach preparation
• Support cross-fund coordination and internal best practices

Your profile

Who You Are

• Proactive, reliable, and execution-driven
• German language native or similar
• Fun to work with, with a strong eye for storytelling, clarity, and aesthetics
• Interested in venture capital, startups, and technology
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong academic background in business, marketing, finance, communications, or a related field

Nice to have (not required):

• Previous experience in VC, startups, marketing, consulting, or finance + Experience with CRM tools, deck creation, and content workflows
