The Online Sales team is in charge of the growth and success of our digital presence, optimising marketing channels across all regions. We ensure a seamless, impactful experience that resonates with customers. Through our dedication and innovation, we unlock untapped potential, drive impressive growth, and set ambitious goals, shaping the future of O’Donnell’s online business.

Starting immediately (latest start: July), we are looking for you as a Performance Marketing Intern (f/m/d)!

As our Christmas business is the most exciting and busiest time of the year, you will play a key role in our Q4 peak season. We want someone who starts now to learn the ropes and then dives deep into the action during our high-growth period!

Note: We are looking for a long-term fit! If we’re a great match, we are more than happy to transition your internship into a Working Student position after the internship is over.

• You create and optimise ads across Meta, Google, and Amazon
• You develop weekly reports based on the creative performance of previous periods
• You brainstorm ideas for top-performing paid social ads and test your hypotheses directly in the Meta Ads Manager

Dein Profil

• You are currently studying for or have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• You are available to start immediately or by July at the latest, and you are excited to power through the Q4 holiday season with us
• You have a foundational understanding of digital marketing principles, paid advertising, and the different funnel stages and their applications
• You bring some initial experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or Amazon Ads (entry-level)
• You are confident working with numbers and performing KPI analysis using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or similar
• You possess German skills at a minimum B1 level and English skills at a C1 level

Seit 2014 lässt O'Donnell Moonshine die Tradition des Moonshine wieder auferstehen – in amerikanische Einmachgläser abgefüllt, vertreiben wir unsere Liköre als mittlerweile größter Moonshine-Produzent Europas von Berlin aus in die ganze Welt.

Dabei arbeiten wir ganz nach dem Motto: Am besten wird es, wenn man es selbst macht. Wir verzichten im Grunde vollständig auf externe Auslagerungen und organisieren stattdessen alle relevanten Aufgaben selbst aus unserem Headquarter in Berlin. Ein “Das haben wir noch nie gemacht!” hält uns nicht auf, denn einmal ist schließlich immer das erste mal.
