Marketing Generalist

We are looking for a channel-agnostic, high-velocity Marketing Generalist to join our team. You aren’t just a "specialist" in one area; you are a digital architect who understands how to pull the levers of SEO, PPC, Email, and Web to drive growth.

Most importantly, you are AI-native. You don’t just use ChatGPT to fix grammar; you understand how to get most out of LLMs, their strategic limitations, and how to deploy them to 10x your output and our brand's reach.

You’ll report directly to the Marketing Lead and play a central role in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing activities that move the needle.

Tasks

  • Full-Funnel Orchestration: Execute and manage campaigns across SEO (content strategy, link building), PPC (ad management), and Email (lifecycle marketing).
  • AI Workflow Integration: Design and implement AI-driven workflows to automate content production, market research, and data analysis.
  • Conversion Copywriting: Write high-converting copy for landing pages, ads, and emails, utilizing AI for personalization and scale.
  • Web Basics: Handle minor website updates and landing page builds (knowledge of HTML/CSS and Wordpress).
  • Data Analysis: Monitor KPIs and translate data into actionable insights to pivot strategies quickly.

Requirements

Must Haves:

  • You have a solid foundation as a Marketing Generalist (or similar role) and are looking to scale your impact in a fast-paced environment.
  • The AI Edge: Above-average understanding of LLMs (Claude, GPT, Gemini). You know how to prompt effectively, understand tokens/context windows, and know when AI is "hallucinating" versus being helpful.
  • Fast-Paced Learner: Proven ability to master new tools and marketing channels in weeks, not months.
  • Digital Generalist: Foundational knowledge of SEO (technical & on-page), PPC (Google/Meta), and Email marketing (segmentation & automation).
  • Technical Literacy: You aren't afraid of a tag or an API documentation page.
  • Fast-paced self-learner We don't need someone for whom everyhting is spelled out. You need to be able to quickly dive into new subjects, troubleshoot on your own when a problem arises and come to a fix.

Bonus Points:

  • HubSpot Pro: Experience managing CRM workflows, lists, and deals.
  • API Savvy: You understand how to connect tools via Zapier, Make, or direct API calls.
  • B2B SaaS Background: You understand the nuances of long sales cycles and lead scoring.
