Marketing Manager - Europe

Location: Frankfurt, Germany | Full-Time | 100% On Site

As Marketing Manager – Europe, you will develop and execute Voltage’s regional marketing strategy across Europe. You will translate global initiatives into localized, high-impact programs that align with sales priorities, regional market dynamics, and industry requirements.

You will serve as the primary marketing lead for Europe, working closely with Sales and Business Development, and reporting directly to the Global Director of Marketing.

This role is based in Frankfurt, Germany and supports commercial growth across key EU markets including Southern Europe, and the Nordics.

What You’ll Own:

• Regional marketing strategy aligned to sales targets
• Lead generation & MQL performance
• Trade shows & industry events (e.g., Intersolar Europe)
• Localization of marketing materials

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–10 years B2B marketing experience in Europe
• Renewable energy / power / industrial sector experience preferred
