We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Sales Working Student to join our team. This role is critical in driving sales efficiency and enhancing our client experience.
Tasks
Marketing (75%)
Develop, edit and publish content across multiple formats: website, blogs, newsletters, lead magnets, video scripts, LinkedIn posts
Build and improve social media engagement
Manage social media presence across channels and improve engagement
Plan and execute Ad campaigns and webinars
Conduct SEO analysis and develop content strategy for optimization
Build a marketing dashboard to track channel performance and conversion data
Research and secure external publications
Sales Enablement (25%)
Support sales through market research
Maintain and update CRM (HubSpot) with lead and client information
Support sales presentation decks
Support GTM processes building
Requirements
Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Based in Berlin with ability to work hybrid
Excellent English writing and editing skills
Proficiency in essential marketing tools e.g. Canva, Buffer, Mailchimp, AI-powered tools
Experience with social media marketing, content creation and marketing analytics
Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit and strong organizational skills
Preferred
Native English speaker
Experience with LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, SEO tools (e.g. Semrush), Google Analytics
Familiarity with Miro and dashboard creation tools
Knowledge of B2B marketing for professional services
Interest in organizational culture and leadership development
