Our Marketing Team Lead will own the complete marketing function at vaylens, overseeing growth and demand generation, as well as product and partner marketing. You will be the linchpin connecting product, sales, customer success, and partnerships — defining how vaylens is seen, how leads are generated, and how we win in our target markets. This role is perfect for someone strategic and execution-oriented; you’ll set vision and lead the team, but you’ll also roll up your sleeves and own critical initiatives when needed. Responsibilities for this role are up to you to define and (re)prioritise, such as :
You have 8+ years in B2B SaaS marketing (with 3+ years in leadership) with deep experience in go-to-market strategy, growth marketing, demand generation, product marketing, and / or partner marketing
You have a track record of driving measurable revenue growth from marketing campaigns
You’re obsessed with metrics that matter, but know when to trust intuition and storytelling
You prioritise ruthlessly and move fast but not at the expense of your teammates
You guide your team with trust and empathy and create an environment where everyone feels heard, respected and enabled to do their best work
You’re comfortable operating in ambiguity, scaling processes across growth stages
You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
