Pathways is a three‑year program designed to rapidly develop experienced MBA and Masters‑level graduates with the skills needed to be Amazon’s next Senior Operations Managers and beyond. Key Job Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement projects impacting productivity, quality and customer experience.
• Develop and standardize operating procedures.
• Direct accountability for setting and meeting operational goals.
• Scope and design standardized concepts.
• Shadow leaders across operations to learn the manager role at Amazon.
• Lead large teams across different shifts with management support.
• Learn how leaders conduct weekly business reviews for sites and support them in preparation.
• Collaborate with senior management and support teams (Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, Human Resources) to develop plans meeting business objectives.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional work experience (non‑internship)
• Business analysis and functional roles requiring quantitative, analytical and organizational skills
• Delivered complex projects with prior ownership of a mission‑critical team/product operation
• Full‑time hours
• Graduated within the last 12 months from an MBA/MSc/PhD/MEng program
• Fluent in Portuguese (Brazil) and advanced in English
• Flexible to work non‑traditional shifts (nights, weekends)
• Open to relocate within the country applied to

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communication abilities
• Developed and implemented KPI goals and strategies based on broader organization goals
• Built customer relationships
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Professional experience in engineering, management, logistics, manufacturing, science or STEM field
• Direct management experience for employees and performance
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or Kaizen techniques and methodologies
