In this position, you are part of our Warehouse Service organization, where RMR (Retrofits, Modifications and Renewals) projects are executed. A key part of your role is designing and validating mechanical solutions. While working on both recently installed systems and installations that have been running for many years. This requires affinity for legacy equipment and the ability to apply modern engineering solutions, without disrupting ongoing operations.
You work with live operational environments (brownfield), where systems remain running during upgrades. You ensure upgrades are technically safe to implement and fully integrated into the current system architecture. This makes the role dynamic and impactful, customer needs can arise unexpectedly, priorities may shift, and you will regularly switch between engineering, on‑site support and occasional pre‑sales activities.
You collaborate closely with project managers, sales engineers, supply chain partners and installation teams. While you are part of a compact and highly collaborative RMR team in Veghel, you are also connected to a broader international engineering network, enabling you to share knowledge and tackle complex challenges together.
This role requires technical accuracy, adaptability and clear communication, combined with a hands‑on mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
