Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst

We are currently working with a Tech M&A Boutique to help recruit an Analyst for their team in Munich. For this role it's necessary to have the first initial experience through relevant internships and/or full-time work. Responsibilities

Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support M&A transactions Participate in due diligence and other deal-related activities Providing strategic corporate finance advice Liaise with accountants, lawyers, financial experts, regulatory bodies, and director level clients Overseeing and taking responsibility for regulatory administration matters within Corporate Finance Qualifications

From 0 years up to 2 years work experience within investment banking/ M&A Degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field Excellent financial modelling and valuation skills Excellent verbal and written communication in German
