Retail Operating Company Deutschland GmbH (ROC), part of the EG Group, operates over 220 service stations under the Esso brand and new REWE express Shop concept. The REWE express delivers quick, fresh and tasty food for mobile customers.

For our shop in Murnau am Staffelsee (Weilheimer Straße 12) we are looking for an engaged employee in the role of Verkäufer / Kassierer / Mitarbeiter Shop / Tankstellenmitarbeiter / Einzelhandelskaufmann/-frau (m/w/d). Open to career changes, retirees, and students in part‑time (min. 30 h/week).

• Experience in retail is desirable; all are welcome.
• Customer‑orientation and service readiness.

• Willingness to work shifts and weekends.

Verantwortlichkeiten

• Friendly and competent customer service.
• Sale of service station products and services.
• Organise, prepare and present products in the back‑shop.
• Maintain and replenish shelves and assortments.
• Implement central concepts and guidelines in the shop.
• Cash handling and billing, including use of the respective systems.
• Stock control, goods receipt checks and product presentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal and legal standards, especially in safety and hygiene.
• Create an inviting shop atmosphere.
• Assist in implementing sales‑support actions.
