Your Mission:

As a Mobile Service Technician for German Clients, you will ensure Dingli’s aerial work platforms (AWP) and material handling equipment operate at peak performance. Your responsibilities include providing on‑site technical support through maintenance, inspections, and repairs across Germany, guaranteeing the safety and efficiency of customer equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on aerial work platforms at customer sites.
2. Respond promptly to service requests and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
3. Document service activities and manage inventory of parts required for repairs.
4. Conduct training sessions for customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
5. Provide feedback and recommendations for product improvements based on field experience.
6. Collaborate with management and engineering teams to address any product design or performance issues.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Technical degree / equivalent experience in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a service technician, preferably in the aerial work platform / heavy machinery industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with equipment rental companies in Germany is highly desirable.
• Valid EU driver’s license and readiness for frequent travel within Germany and occasionally across Europe.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, with fluency in both English and German, written and spoken.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
