Your mission

Design and further development of our modern workplace consisting of M365, Confluence and Jira
Identification of user needs, definition of new requirements, development of solutions
Definition of workflows and automations for efficient task management and optimised collaboration
Organisation and implementation of user training
Coordination of our implementation partners and support in project work
Regular coordination with those responsible in the group companies and other stakeholders
Approximately 10% travel

Your profile

Experience in modelling, configuring processes and collaboration solutions
Ideally, experience with the Confluence and Jira platforms or comparable collaboration tools
Experience with M365
Practical experience in user consulting and support
Confident manner and experience in dealing with international teams
Strong understanding of processes and knowledge of common project management methods
Independent and structured way of working
Social and communication skills, high level of initiative and results-oriented approach
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
