We are growing and looking to bring more natural and pure products to the market. That’s why we are seeking additional support for our 25 people big creative Product Development team, which consists of experienced and innovative professionals. You will work side by side with our Product Development Specialist – from the conception of new formulations to final project delivery.

• Collaborate with the team on both concept development and formulation of new products
• Initiate new collaborations and maintain existing partnerships with doctors and naturopaths
• Adapt formulations created in collaboration to our specific needs, always ensuring compliance with all regulations
• Oversee each step of the product development process for your projects together with project coordinators, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery
• Serve as a point of contact within the organization, conduct training for colleagues, and support the Customer Service team with your expertise in answering client inquiries
• Work closely with our internal Product Development Specialist Erik, other teams such as Sourcing, Content, and Regulatory Affairs, and collaborate directly with our founder Jörg Schweikart

Dein Profil

• Trained naturopath / practitioner with at least 3 years of practical experience
• Product Development or Concept experience in the field of natural based nutraceuticals / dietary supplements or pharmaceuticals is a big plus!
• Practical experience in functional medicine, micronutrient therapy, phytotherapy, nutrition, TCM, bodywork, and/or systemic therapy
• Broad expertise and strong passion for supplements, nutrients, and plant-based ingredients, including their effects and applications for the human body
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple ongoing projects in different phases simultaneously
• Available to work at least 32 hours per week and either fluency in English or German with at least a B1 in English as minimum
