Technical Lead .NET Developer - Rosenheim / Hybrid

Since 2006 our client’s marketing software platform helps businesses attract, engage, and delight customers by delivering inbound experiences that are relevant, helpful, and personalised. They are hiring a .NET Technical Lead to provide leadership, coaching and technical management of the backend, API layer, frontend components and microservices.

The role requires management experience to make decisions about what should be created and how it should be built. You will need excellent .NET and C# skills, as well as strong Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching and technical management of the backend, API layer, frontend components and microservices.
• Make decisions about product scope and how features should be built, in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and ensure high quality code and design patterns are followed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead / Senior .NET Developer with strong C# skills.
• Solid expertise in Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with API design, microservices and frontend integration.
• Ability to operate in an Agile development environment.
• Fluent German language skills.
