Network Support Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Network Support Engineer to provide operational and project-based support across enterprise network and security environments. The role involves supporting LAN, WAN, data centre, wireless, and security infrastructure, acting as an escalation point for complex incidents, and ensuring high availability of network services.

Key Skills & Technologies:

• Cisco routing & switching, Nexus, ACI
• VPNs, WAN, LAN, Wireless
• Network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Splunk)
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing communication skills
• Experience in Data Centre Network Support.
