Sales Director Neuroscience

This is a senior leadership role within the commercial function, responsible for driving strategic and operational excellence in our Neuroscience franchise in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Team Evolution: Foster a high-performance culture by empowering team members through clear vision, coaching excellence, and continuous learning.
  • Performance Management: Establish effective practices to ensure clear expectations and constructive feedback are provided continuously.
  • Mentorship and Development: Provide coaching, feedback, and mentorship to team members to foster their professional growth and career advancement.

Requirements:

  • Commercial Experience: Extensive experience in pharmaceutical commercial roles, with substantial leadership experience in sales teams.
  • Leveraging Coaching Frameworks: Proven success in leading national or regional sales teams within neuroscience, psychiatry, or related therapeutic areas. Hands-on experience using coaching frameworks to empower teams is highly desirable.
