About the Role

Kenvue is seeking a results-driven Care Channel Strategist to accelerate our Mass retail channel strategy within Germany.

• This role will deliver successful execution of our Go-to-Market Strategy, meet, and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) in the Grocery & Discount (LEH + Discount) channels for growth.

Main Responsibilities:

• Full commercial ownership of the Grocery and Discount channels in Germany.
• Develop and execute differentiated strategies for each retailer aligned with broader commercial goals. Kenvue strives to build strong relationships based on trust which enable us to mutually benefit from each other's strengths while working together towards common objectives .
