Director Pharmacy Channel Job Description

This role focuses on accelerating our pharmacy channel strategy in Germany, delivering superior market growth for spike and focus brands. The commercial director will set and deliver financial acceleration forecasts and targets, manage channel people and financial budgets, lead brand activation, engage stakeholders, establish external relationships with customers and influencers. This position reports to the Senior Sales Director.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Outstanding track record of sales success with a minimum 12 years experience
• Proven people development skills
• Ambition motivation inspirational leadership qualities strong resilient mindset superior communication influencing skills fluency German English language skills ‌
