School Nurse - Summer hours for Sports Physicals

Screen physical forms for 2026 Fall Sports season. Nurses summer hours to process sports physicals. This includes, but is not limited to: reviewing incoming physicals performed by private physicians, ensuring accuracy, securing missing information from parents and providers, securing medication order forms, communication with AD and creating rosters of cleared sports physicals.

Up to 50 hours between July 4 and Sept. 4, 2026 (Paid at salary as per contract)
