The Hub O&M Manager is responsible for the operational implementation of all O&M activities in the Trident Cluster (NSO, AWG, KAS) and ensures safe, stable, and efficient plant operation.
About the role
- Manage operational O&M implementation across all Trident assets on a 2-week, 6-week, and strategic horizon; measurable via plan fulfillment 2-week plan, plan fulfillment 6-week plan, and achievement of strategic milestones.
- Set work priorities based on HSE risk, production impact, resources, and weather conditions to increase technical availability per asset.
- Consistently manage fault handling and recommissioning with the goal of reducing MTTR.
- Effectively coordinate team/skill allocation and material provision to improve the first-time fix rate.
- Efficiently coordinate personnel, material, and marine deployment (SOV/CTV) to increase productive team and vessel utilization, actively manage backlogs, and elevate critical work orders early so that backlog volume and proportion >90 days decrease.
- Ensure HSE-compliant execution of all work and embed a safety culture in the business, visible through TRIR, HiPo cases, and timely implementation of measures.
- Exercise disciplinary leadership of assigned teams with clear goals and performance dialogues; track progress via team goal achievement and qualification coverage.
- Manage cross-functional collaboration with CCR, technical functions, and central departments in a binding manner, measured by adherence to deadlines for handover and milestones.
Job requirements and experience
- Several years of disciplinary management experience in operations/maintenance, ideally in an offshore environment.
- Proven ability to manage teams using clear goals and key performance indicators (e.g., availability, plan fulfillment, HSE, MTTR, backlog).
- Experience in leading cross-functional areas (production, planning/logistics, administration, process/digital functions).
- High level of competence in prioritization, decision-making, and escalation management under dynamic operating conditions.
- Strong communication, employee development, and change implementation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of offshore O&M, resource/logistics management, and HSE-compliant operations management.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP/CMMS, SCADA, and BI tools is an advantage.
- Business fluent in German and English and willingness to work offshore on a regular basis.
