What You'll Be Doing:Lead and support end-to-end OneStream implementations, upgrades, and enhancements across FP&A and Consolidation projectsDesign and configure models for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and statutory consolidationTranslate business and finance requirements into tailored OneStream solutionsManage full project lifecycle: requirements gathering, development, testing, training, and go-liveCollaborate closely with client finance teams and technical stakeholdersDevelop dashboards, reports, and support data integration processesAct as a subject matter expert on performance management best practices What We're Looking For:Proven experience as a OneStream Consultant or DeveloperStrong understanding of FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modellingExpertise in financial consolidation, close processes, and reportingSolid grounding in accounting standards (e.g., IFRS or US GAAP)Experience with data integration and working with large, complex datasetsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams Nice to Have:OneStream Certification (Foundation or Advanced)Background in consulting, finance transformation, or other EPM/CPM platformsExperience with tools such as Hyperion, SAP BPC, Tagetik, or similar
