Your Role As an Online Order Delivery Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and timely delivery of online orders and maintaining high service standards for our customers.

Key Responsibilities Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of online orders Coordinate delivery and return processes Communicate with the call center, international offices, and internal teams Process customer returns Participate in projects aimed at improving logistics processes Prepare delivery-related analytical reports

What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills and attention to detail Accuracy, initiative, and willingness to learn Ability to work confidently with computers German and Russian language skills Team player with a responsible and punctual approach
