As part of our Customer Service & Support team, you are the vital link between our production floor and our global customers, ensuring that inquiries are answered, orders are managed, and deliveries happen on time, every time. You'll work at the intersection of high‑tech manufacturing, international operations, and customer excellence.

Your Mission

• Be the go-to person for our global customer base, handling inquiries for parts and services, issuing quotes, and guiding customers through the entire order lifecycle.
• Follow up on delivery schedules and order status, keeping customers informed proactively and transparently.
• Manage invoices, credits, and all commercial documentation with accuracy and reliability.
• Handle customer claims professionally and solution-oriented, turning challenges into trust.
• Drive cross‑functional coordination with internal teams across Production, Quality, Procurement, Warehouse, Shipping, Export, and Finance to ensure seamless operations.
• Own the documentation process, preparing and managing shipping documents and transport records with efficiency and precision.

What You Bring

• Degree or vocational training in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in customer service, order management, or a related commercial role, ideally in aerospace, defense, or other high‑tech industries.
• Strong understanding of Incoterms and international delivery processes.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Solid skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in German (≥B2) and English; any additional language is a bonus.
• A detail‑oriented, solutions‑driven mindset. You stay calm and deliver, even under pressure.
