The company’s hybrid-electric aircraft take off vertically like helicopters, but fly forward wing-borne, like airplanes . ERC’s flagship product is a crewed, hybrid-electric lift-and-cruise aircraft optimized for interhospital patient transport.

Operational Finance Specialist (m/f/d)

Your Mission

As an Operational Finance Specialist (m/f/d), you will take ownership of operational processes in the areas of Finance and Accounting. Your mission is to ensure accurate, transparent, and well-structured financial data, providing a reliable foundation for internal decision-making and external reporting. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to keep our financial processes running smoothly.

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training or university degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in an operational finance, accounting, or controlling role
• Strong understanding of financial processes and confidence in handling financial documents and data
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Structured, accurate, and highly reliable working style with strong attention to detail
• Team player with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset
• Native-level German skills (written and spoken) and basic English proficiency

Your Tasks

• Taking responsibility for key operational processes in Finance, Accounting, and Controlling
• Supporting budgeting, liquidity planning, preparatory accounting, and the preparation of financial statements
• Ensuring correct allocation, documentation, and data quality of financial transactions
• Acting as a reliable point of contact for internal stakeholders and external finance-related partners
• Further developing and optimizing finance-related processes as well as interfaces to other departments
• Supporting organizational topics and day-to-day operational finance activities
• Contributing to project controlling, including the preparation of relevant KPIs and alignment with project teams
• Independently creating analyses, reports, and presentations
