To further expand our network of partner kitchens and make it long‑term successful we are looking for a Restaurant Partner Manager (m/w/d) who takes over both onboarding & training as well as the ongoing support and optimization of our partner locations.

Aufgaben

Partner‑Training & Support: You ensure that new locations start smoothly and that existing partners stay on a success path by training the operators yourself.

Daten statt Bauchgefühl: You analyse platform and operational data, spot opportunities and implement targeted measures to push our performance in quality and revenue.

Prozesse optimieren: You implement smart workflows, test new ideas and bring fresh wind into the daily operations.

Hands‑on statt Hierarchie: As the contact point for our partner kitchens you help solve challenges directly and pragmatically.

Flexibles Arbeiten: You are regularly on site to ensure that everything runs smoothly. In our HQ you also run the operations remotely.

Qualifikation

Hands‑on‑Mentalität: You directly tackle things instead of thinking long and hard. Experience in Gastro/Operations is nice to have.

Projektmanagement‑Skills: You can juggle multiple balls at once, keep an overview and use data for smart decisions.

Kommunikationstalent: You explain complex topics so that everyone understands – in German and English.

Unternehmerisches Denken: You understand how business processes work and are always looking for optimization opportunities.
