Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate bedside care to patients in their homes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation using the company tablet.
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
• Support patients’ families and caregivers with education and guidance.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (hands‑on component). Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test current within the last 12 months.
• Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
