Job Description

We are looking for a Partner Manager France (full‑time) based in the Paris area, with weekly travel to our Lille office (1–2 days per week). The role focuses on developing and managing strategic partnerships in France, driving revenue growth, and strengthening Trusted Shops’ visibility within the French ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Partner Relationship Management & Network Expansion – manage and develop relationships with existing partners (e.g. agencies) while driving the expansion of the agency and affiliate partner network.
  • Revenue Growth & Upselling Strategy – identify upselling opportunities and implement initiatives to maximize partner performance and revenue growth.
  • Affiliate Marketing Optimization – optimize and continuously evolve the affiliate marketing strategy through data analysis, performance monitoring, and adoption of industry trends and best practices.
  • Cross‑functional Collaboration – collaborate closely with customer‑facing and marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment, partner success, and integrated campaign execution.

Job Requirements

  • Full professional proficiency in French (C2 level) and minimum B2 level in English.
  • 3–5+ years of professional experience in Partner Management, Business Development, Affiliate Marketing, or Sales, with strong exposure to the French market; established network within French agencies strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the e‑commerce industry (experience in e‑commerce highly preferred; SaaS exposure considered a plus).
  • Proven track record in building and scaling agency and affiliate partner networks with measurable revenue impact; strong commercial mindset with demonstrated success in partner activation, upselling, and indirect channel growth; solid experience in performance marketing and agency‑led lead generation models.
  • Hands‑on experience with CRM and marketing tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
