As a Payroll Associate, you’ll play a key role in our People & Finance operations, ensuring our employees are paid correctly and on time. You'll work closely with HR, finance, and external payroll providers to manage the full payroll lifecycle—within a modern, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end monthly payroll processing for Germany
• Liaise with tax authorities, insurance providers, and external payroll services
• Maintain accurate employee data and payroll records in our HRIS
• Support with audits, compliance reporting, and year-end processes
• Respond to employee payroll queries in a timely, professional manner
• Collaborate with HR and finance on compensation, benefits, and accounting topics

Your Profile

• 2+ years of experience in German payroll processing
• Strong knowledge of German payroll, tax, and social insurance regulations
• Comfortable working with payroll software and HRIS systems
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• Based in Germany with the right to work permanently
• Proactive, trustworthy, and team-oriented
