At Recare we are building the infrastructure for a better connected healthcare system. To scale, we need not only good decisions but processes that make them possible.We raised €37M. Two thirds of German hospitals use our platform. Over 650 rehab clinics and 25,000 care and homecare providers are connected. Speed is a competitive advantage.You will work closely with the Head of People & Culture and the Senior People & Culture Business Partner to ensure our people processes are reliable, scalable and data-driven.**Your mission:** Build a People Operations system that enables speed, minimizes risk and delivers reliable data. You are not backoffice — you are a performance factor.**What you will be responsible for****You enable speed.*** You ensure contracts, changes and requests are processed quickly and reliably.* You eliminate manual detours and build efficient workflows.* You standardize processes without losing flexibility.* You design workflows from the outcome — not the form.**You ensure payroll & compliance.*** You are responsible for preparation and quality assurance of payroll.* You ensure labor law compliance and clean contract processes.* You identify risks early and create clear, scalable solutions.* You collaborate closely with Finance and external partners.**You turn data into a management instrument.*** You are the owner of our HR systems (especially Personio).* You ensure data quality and consistent structures.* You develop reports and dashboards that enable real decisions.* You create transparency on headcount, costs, absences and trends.**You build scalable systems.*** You automate recurring tasks.* You document processes so they work independently of individuals.* You design solutions for 200+ employees — not just for today.* You identify tools and AI use cases to increase efficiency.Operations is not day-to-day administration — it is system design.
