Responsibilities

  • Outweigh customers on the value and benefits of our products through scientific and communicative competence, to achieve set sales and growth targets.
  • Identify market opportunities and develop network structures in the region.
  • Develop ideas for access‑enhancing and sales‑promoting measures in a competitive environment and deploy resources efficiently.
  • Conduct independent and regular market, account and potential analyses to derive and implement regional, goal‑oriented sales strategies.
  • Lead informational events, optionally including presentations, and attend relevant national and regional events such as conferences.
  • Recognize and prioritize needs and care gaps from physicians and patients across the therapeutic journey and develop strategy and action plans within stakeholder management.
  • Observe the market intensively, share relevant competitive and health‑policy information with cross‑functional team contacts.
  • Work closely and cross‑functional with the regional team, proactively contribute ideas and involve relevant functions to further develop customer relationships and market access.

Qualifications

  • Completed degree or PhD, preferably in natural sciences, pharmacy, health economics or medicine.
  • Alternative: Recognition as a pharmaceutical advisor (m/w/d) under § 75 Abs. 3.
  • First experience in sales is advantageous.
  • Communication is precise, enabling scientific argumentation on equal footing with opinion leaders.
  • In-depth knowledge of health policy and the care landscape in the oncology/pneumology indication is desirable.
  • Innovative spirit, willingness to learn, digital affinity, positive attitude, creativity and pro‑activity.
  • Strong cooperation and excellent teamwork.
  • Excellent communication and rhetorical skills.
  • Customer orientation and highly developed networking qualities.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
  • High travel and overnight readiness in the region, residence in the travel area is an advantage.
  • Driver’s licence category B.
  • Availability for weekend assignments within the framework of conferences and events.

Compensation

Die erwartete Basisvergütung für diese Position beträgt 72.800,00 € bis 116.725,00 €.
